We were referred to John by a colleague when moving to Denver in 2020, and we used him again when moving to a new property in 2025. John provided invaluable advice throughout the complicated process of buying first, then selling. John helped us get the new property for under list, and connected us to great contractors to help get our old property ready for sale. John is a professional who has become a a dear and excellent friend. He has assisted in the purchase of of at least two properties and the sale of four over a 12 year period. During a 28 year military career I have hired the services of numerous realtors in four different states. None proved themselves even close to John's skill and client focused dedication. He has been totally "can do/got it done" throughout! He is a US Marine Veteran and it is evident in both his dedication and professionalism! I didn't discover John until after I retired but his professional excellence guided me through a successful post retirement endeavor of purchasing rental properties and a dream home for my late wife culminating with the successful and profitable sale of those four valuable properties following her passing. Seller/Builder was often vague or blew through explanations of complicated things which I did not understand. John was excellent at slowing down the conversation and making sure we were up to speed.
